The hotel said that we never paid

The room had a smoky smell and after asking for another room, we were told that we couldn’t be accommodated. We immediately checked out and into another hotel. Extended Stays are usually nicely appointed. Very disappointed.

The WiFi was awful and the tv didn’t work well. Some of the outlet plugs was not working. They did not empty the garbage for 3 days. Overall I my stay was very disappointing.

My turn off with this hotel is that the rooms are not the best condition. It’s cool they have a stove, microwave, and fridge in the room but the rooms don’t have an actual closet. Some have curtains to draw to cover the clothes behind this cut out area that’s supposed to be the closet, there’s no door. The towels you get are not very white or in great condition. There isn’t a couch or chair to relax in. People smoke cigarettes and marijuana in the rooms. I’ve stayed here for work now 3 times because the rate was good but I d... read more

I didn't like anything about that place. The ROOM STUNK very badly. I would NEVER stay at any of there location ever in life.

not cleaned, not very well maintained.

The bathroom was not my clean. There was hair in the tub
