No check in after 12.....computer shut down....means if your not reserved after 11 pm your screwed...nobody can help you til the next day
Regarding the hotel and staff. I used Expedia to check in. Long wait to actually check in, not sure what took so long. Staff was scarce. Once able to give my name, they couldn't find my reservation and said nothing is available and to call Expedia. Left and started calling around to other hotels. Then this hotel called my cell and said they found it, somebody on their end misplaced my reservation. Staff doesn't now what is going on and needs retraining. Horrible experience, room door opened at 2am by staff thinking room was avaliable
Pay extra and get something better Hotel was just nasty. The room stunk really bad. They left windows open for us but it didn’t help. The room was very dirty. There was a ton of dust on all surfaces. They didn’t even bother taking the trash out. Random hair on the sheets.
