When I went to my room following checkout, the toilet looked like someone had had explosive diarrhea. They changed my room. Then when I went to go to bed around midnight, I polled the bedspread and there was only a fitted bottom sheet. no other bedding. Description of the room claimed it was a queen bed but it must be a custom made for ES because it really was no bigger then a Full. Base on the theory that if they can't even clean the bathroom thoroughly or make a bed, what else aren't they doing that I don't even notice. So... read more

I did not stay at this property They had no rooms available even though I had booked in advance. They left me without a room but charged my credit card anyway.

Not great There were many weird smells and our snot free room had a strong smoke smell. There was lots of parting late into the night and food trays left all over the halls for over a day.

Breakfast was terrible! Just carbs, no protein, not even fruit. Coffee was dismal.

Not good at all Not clean and found a couple glass pieces on carpet

The location is great. I like that the hotel is easily accessible from major highways but serene. It's away from the bustle and noise.
