The property was not clean but I have to stay the staff was helpful.

The service was nonexistent, the mattress and pillows were stained, smelled like mildew in the room and no one seemed to care. When i went to the lobby i heard others complaining also about some of the same things. They should be shut down!

NO GO never stayed. sheets were not clean. no attempt to correct.did NOT stay

The room was ok but the sheets were dirty and smelled. The person that checked me in was very nice & helpful. I believe his name is Wesley. The other girl at the front desk badly needs customer service training. She was not helpful at all.

Room was very dated, I’ve stayed at multiple other Extended Stay properties, this was by far the below my expectations

Dirty, smells like weed. Dirty. Bed had long hair in it. Shower walls were not clean, had sludge on them. Toilet bowl didn't flush, which made the plunger sitting there next to it make sense. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. My clothes that I laid out overnight smell like marijuana. Absolutely awful experience and the people who own this establishment should be ashamed of themselves.
