USA 2019 nyc business Edison The staff is not available,anything when asked they don't give proper response,this property wa snot well located ,it was son business area,family should avoid this place Other ESA seems to be good,but all are old properties and no support from manager an staff on site when available

The whole hotel stunk of smoke are clothes had to be washed twice to get the stink out. Shower curtain was broken along with two chairs

I ordered a queen sized room and was offered a smelly handicapped room. THE WORST!

Not pleased with the room. Cracked window, toilet flushed only every other flush, the toilet paper roll dispenser was broken, there was a huge stain on the carpet and stains on the lamp shades.
