Regarding the hotel and staff. I used Expedia to check in. Long wait to actually check in, not sure what took so long. Staff was scarce. Once able to give my name, they couldn't find my reservation and said nothing is available and to call Expedia. Left and started calling around to other hotels. Then this hotel called my cell and said they found it, somebody on their end misplaced my reservation. Staff doesn't now what is going on and needs retraining. Pay extra and get something better Hotel was just nasty. The room stunk really bad. They left windows open for us but it didn’t help. The room was very dirty. There was a ton of dust on all surfaces. They didn’t even bother taking the trash out. Random hair on the sheets.

I didn’t like the way I was treated as a guest! I want a refund for my stay. The hotel attendant checking me in was very rude & unprofessional. The hallway smelled like urine I expected better since I’ve stayed at other locations.
