First of all, this hotel is nearby to absolutely nothing. It's in a cold industrial neighborhood. The room itself was OK: comfortable bed, desk, leather easy chair. The little kitchen had a very loud refrigerator, which I finally unplugged. The bathroom light included a loud rickety ceiling fan that could not be turned off without turning off the light. Crime scene We arrived at the hotel at about 10pm. We were in room 143 the person staying in room 140 was not answering the door and someone was banging on their door for about an hour (banging, kicking and yelling). Finally the police showed up and eventually kick the door in. Next thing you know there is crying and screaming and then we hear the cops yelling you cant come in its a crime scene. The place is in great need of updating. There was rarely staff at the front desk to assist if and when needed. The pillows are VERY thin even if you use the 3 you’re provided so we had to go purchase our own. There’s no ice machine and other normal amenities other places have. We will be staying at one of the hotels next door when we go back to this area next year
