Don’t book this place! This place was horrible. From the moment the lobby doors opened and the smell of marijuana hit us in the face, it went down from there. Needless to say, we didn’t stay the amount of nights we initially booked and are trying to get a credit.

Nightmare in Fishkill NY Horrible the room was not clean. Pot Smoke smell No towels ,soap, toilet,paper. Had to wait for the single person at the front desk to finish checking in quests only to be told no more towels so I had to wait an additional 15/20 minutes only to get 2 small towels. For the money I paid and used my points that was a tragedy!! Very upset

Overpriced for motel quality hotel

Booked through expedia for 1 night. Have my dog with me. Specifically booked because I selected “Pet Friendly”, when I arrive to the hotel, receptionist makes me pay an additional $27!! I already booked via Expedia. That’s shady business. Then the room smells, there is a smell. You get used to it. Bathroom has mold. Shower water gets onto floor, so floor is wet. 1 small bar of soap. Rust around the kitchen sink. No wastebasket in main room. No glasses

Property & building was filthy, unsafe feeling, noisy, transient feeling

This is the third Extended StayAmerica I have been At and by far the worst. There is no lobby, no chairs, no sofas, just a small area, and the reception desk is behind plexiglass. The room itself was small, one of the beds didn’t have a blanket on it, felt rundown and smelled of food. The floor was sticky in spots. There were no dishes or glasses in the cabinets as we have had at other extended stay America’s.
