Lights didn’t work,dirty,hair dryer broken,room smelled. Still had to pay full price. Never will be back.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke so bad I could barely breath. Luckily my stay was only for 1 night. They have nerve Charging almost 200$ for this place.

Terrible property...everything broken- shower, microwave, window, squeeky bed. More like a hostel than a hotel. Very dirty and outdated. Dogs barking all night, people repairing their car in the parking lot. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Receptionist was very rude. She removed the coffee at 8am and told me very angrily that she was removing the breakfast because they ran out of coffee at 8am. Room was dirty and even had clothing in the closet from previous guests.

This is not a hotel it is an efficiency full of homeless people. There was people smoking cigarettes and weed in the building. I thought when i booked online this was a hotel and its not It was a lie. I appreciate there is places like this for those wanting that accommodation but I was not informed .

The first room they gave us was trashed with bottles and garbage. The second room was only slightly better. The floor was sticky, the bathroom door got stuck and the hall smelled of weed. The front desk was rude when we told them about the first room and asked to be moved.

This was our second room. We reserved a room with queen beds and they gave us a room with full size bed. When I asked to be move the front desk said they didn't have anything available. They never planned on honoring the reservation. The room's bathroom light didn't work, the TV remote was missing and the floors were filthy. I asked to be moved again and she put us in another room with a full size bed. This one was only slightly cleaner. They also never refunded me the difference in room rates.
