No option roof over our head This was the only available hotel within miles. There were disappointments with the cleanliness of the mattress and simple things like the auto door not working. We asked for an additional half hour to check out and was told the charges would be high and automatic. They couldn’t tell us the amounts. With no options it was good not to sleep in car. No smoking meant only cigarettes the other smoke was in all hallways.

The room smelled, when I put the heat on it smelled burnt. There was blood on the wall.

Very old and dirt

Filthy. Property has not kept up with repairs. Dirty bathtub, dirty sheets, dirty towels, light fixtures need replacing, kitchenette surfaces peeling and not clean. I will never stay at this chain again.

Horrible conditions/stay I’m so surprised at the conditions of the hotel because we stood there before and it wasn’t this horrible. The room was dirty it was not clean. The floors look like they haven’t been mopped in weeks. My feet got dirty from the floors. My husband leg got cut from chair in the room because metal was sticking out. The service wasn’t good. I will not stay there anymore.

Only one working light in my room, no outlet to charge cell phone or any device. No place to hang clothes no hangers.
