Did not like the people working there. They acted as if any request was too much work. Could not even get them to provide creamer and sugar for the coffee machine in the room. Was never clearly indicated on your website that no cleaning of the room would be done. If you wanted fresh towels, you had to exchange them at the main desk. Sucked. Wont return.

TERRIBLE, NO POWER, NO WATER hotel had a power outage plus no water during our checkout. They only gave us one hour extension to do everything.
