Outdated. Unclean. Room was supposed to be ready at 3pm. We arrived around 6pm and staff was unclear if the room was ready.
Smelly rooms and stinky bed sheets. Staff had a new system to check-in and were not well trained. Had to wait a while before being checked in
The property mentioned as studio but there are no proper facilities which should be their in studio room . And room is also very small compare to other studio rooms .
Really dirty and smelly
Moved us to another location with no notice and then did not have clean room at 2nd location
