It was nasty not worth a dime

Lazy workers to busy out then helping don’t have a clue where anything at when you ask

The main lobby area was not cleaned, needs to be upgraded. The bed had no blanket, just sheets. The room was not appealing. Upon entering the floor you could smell fried food cooking. A screen was out of one of the front windows. (not a good site). The desk clerk was very nice with trying to accommodate my family with another room because they had overbooked rooms.

Stayed over 10 days and room never cleaned, no fitted sheet had to ask for one, no kitchen utensils as advertised, had to take off bedding and towels and take to front desk to be washed, and had to go back later for them. Dogs off leashes, smoking marijuana by doors, broken glass, etc.

ROTTEN FRONT DESK STAFF WERE ALWAYS GONE. OUTSIDE SMOKING. NEW AND CURRENT CUSTOMERS IGNORED. THEY HAVE REMOVED EVERY CHAIR FROM EVERY ROOM. IF YOU WANT NA CHAIR BRING YOUR OWN.

The room was dirty, there were no towels in the room, and there was no one at the reception.

Customer service was terrible and room was dirty

We cancelled your room, not our problem! Extended Stay America Fort Worth City View was very disappointing! We showed up at noon and asked if we could check in early. They said no, come back later. We came back at 6:00 and they told us that they had over-booked, no room for you, call Hotels.com. End of story. Who overbooked them? What were we supposed to do? Not their problem. They showed no customer interest or empathy at all. This has never happened to me at any other property.
