I booked a 2 bedroom a week prior but had to stay in a one bedroom for two days they had no housekeeper's they did nothing to accommodate that

The worst hotel EVER!!!!!! This was the worst hotel EVER!!! We checked In and the room they gave us was not cleaned and there were no sheets or bedding even on the beds. Went back down and told them and they gave us another room and open the door and it was a filthy gross dirty storage room where they kept the furniture. It was disgusting. Facility was mis-represented on Expedia site. Pictures make it look like a clean, safe place which it is not. We walked out after seeing the dirty carpet, unclean room, standing water in bath sink and people hanging around the property. Looked like a halfway house for homeless. I'm sorry for those that have to stay there but it should not be listed as a travel site on Expedia at any price.
