Was unable to check in due to over booking after being told an hour after check in time that i would be able to come back and check in. No one ever called me to notify me that they changed my hotel to a different one that was 30 minutes away from the hotel i booked, making it an hour away from where i would need to be the next morning. I had already gone by 2 times prior with no room available. I called the other hotel they rebooked me to and had to cancel since it was too far away.
The beds only had sheets, no comforter or blankets. Front desk didn't have any blankets.

There was food left in the room and bed was never made tv was on it was like someone just left the room 5 minutes before I got there I’m waiting for a refund they said they sent it but never did

We checked in and immediately left. The entire place smelled and the rooms were nasty. The floors had not been swept. The bathroom had hair in the tub and sink.

Poor booking management When we arrived they let us know they overbooked and would not have a room until late that night. They refunded a portion but I need a refund from hotels.com for the remainder
