Very dirty bad smell ! If your woman don’t stay here by yourself someone tried to enter my room at 2 am ! I planned on staying a few night I hurried up and checked out! Place is unsafe and sketchy! I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here !

The first room they put us in was a “non smoking” room. It smelled like cigarette smoke. A/C filters were covered in nicotine. Second room they put us in was a mess. We had to go get bedding and made the bed. Floor was dirty. They brought us towels. Water leaked all night in the bathtub. Sink drain leaked

Avoid the nightmare Do not book with Hotels.com. You’ve been warned. This is the shadiest place ever. And we went to both locations. I adjusted our reservations and they dropped both nights yet still charges us. Scam. Beware.

I didnt feel safe in the area. I had to give them a $100 deposit. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in their covers because they didnt look clean.

Disappointed Tall black guy at front desk checking us in was pretty cool. Rooms though stunk, sheets were stained along with furniture. The hot water would go in and out. So you had to take a very quick shower before it got cold. The stopped the coffee and muffins at 930am. Not a real breakfast.

Room smelled like cat urine and ended up checking out 15 mins after checking in

There was poop stans on the bed the floors were dirty and we asked for a handicap room and didnt get one we told the staff and they didn't do anything about it
