My stay was very unpleasant there was roaches in the room and broken lights as well as a smoke smell that was very irritating. The mattress had holes in it and the room was very poorly taken care of. I booked a non smoking hotel and seen pictures and it was the complete opposite I feel I should be reimbursed for my experience at this hotel and believe such a poorly kept hotel room Should be not allowed.

Bugs in tub, no phone, lights didn't work, drawers wouldn't stay closed because for was Very slanted, no dishes, no cooking supplies, no coffee maker, no silverware, and fridge didn't work... spoiled all the food we had

Stay away at any price Horrible place. I reserved a non smoking room. When I got there our room was on third floor.we go up to third floor and it's full of cigarette smoke. People in most rooms cussing and yelling at each other, doors slamming, multiple rooms had young kids just crying loudly. Felt like we might get shot, thugs everywhere. We asked for refund and left the place

I do not recommend. The hallways smelt like wet mildew mixed with bad body odor. Rooms only services 3 days out of the week. Signs clearly stating no smoke and the building reales of cigarettes and weed. Guests hanging right out the doors drinks bottles of liquor in their hands. Damaged interiors of my room. I didn’t not stay for another night.

The staff was very nice. The room smelled horrible and dirty. Bed sheets stained, carpet stained and hot water did not work.

Front desk was never around Fridge didn't work. Our toilet had a water feature which no one ever came to fix.
