Worst stay ever Over charged. Didnt allow us to check in when we arrived. Told us we could go somewhere or wait in our vehicle at 1 am for 45 minutes after driving over 8 hour drive in horrible weather, our room was gross, there were bugs, the water in the bathtub ran constantly. Told me at che in one price and charged an extra 80 + after i checked out... horrific customer service ive traveled alot and this was by far my worst stay anywhere... will never return

I have stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion and each time I do I am reminded of why I dislike the place more and more. Although the facilities at a glance look clean it certainly doesn’t feel clean. The rooms come with towels and toilet paper but no other toiletries (soap, shampoo) and the kitchenettes have no cutlery or My biggest problem with this place is with the staff working the front desk. never go to the place . The windows were dirty and rooms are smoked in even though they stress not to smoke we checked in and checked out in a whole 5 minutes. Very bad vibe

Smelly room Room was supposed to be "smoke free" but there was a strong smoke smell and the pillows had a strong smoke odor. The night front desk denied that it smelled the smoke as she claimed she was in the room earlier. The bathtub had long hairs in it along the sidewall and along the tub floor. There was no TV remote in the room and I had to get one from the front desk.

Just a tad better than Motel 6 No coffee in the room. No shampoo, one wash cloth, toilet paper is limited to one roll per week. TV is analog and channels are limited.

Not what it looked to be.... I was not impressed with the room I reserved. The towels in the bathroom looked worn down. The toilet was not clean. There were little strands of hair all over. The hallway to the room stunk like cigarette smoke and the refrigerator in the room smelled. The room looked a lot different in the pictures. I ended up booking a room a t another hotel.
