Looks nice and the staff was lovely but the work they put out wasn't to my satisfaction. Had to ask for everything that was suppose to be in the room already. I really want my money back or at least some of it

Waited 40 min to get checked in. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was just granola bars. WiFi was slow. Nothing about this place was good.

Needs some attention The people who work here are nice. I had some issues I reported to the front desk. First, the kitchen area has lots of roaches. There also appeared to be a problem with the recliner. I reported both to the front desk on the second day. Nothing was ever done about either issue. Later that same day, I had bought a new shirt and wanted to wear it. I heated up the iron and as soon as started to iron, I noticed brown/black junk sticking to my shirt. when I checked in to my room the bed was dirty I have to request clean the tub is dirty the floor is very sticky and you can smell garbage in the hallway.
