Never had to leave a rating at a hotel before. But couldn't get away with it this time. Where to start. When entered room, horrible smell caused by water leak under AC unit. Carpet was still wet. Advertise kitchen unit. Did have fridge, microwave and stove but no pots, pans, utensils. Had to go to front desk to check them out. Never once was the room made up - maybe that my bad to not checking this fine print. But never stayed anywhere where bed were made and rooms cleaned up. Probably not again. Sheets were hard and scratchy. Pillows were sub-standard. Breakfast was disappointing.. Almost non-existant. No receipt was provided, even when requested.

They attempted to collect a $150 cash only deposit from us for a 2 night stay. This is totally unconscionable and I question its legality. There was no mention of a deposit prior to booking this reservation. I will ABSOLUTELY never stay at this hotel again.

They meant well The hospitality dept has alot to work on. The hotel was dirty over all. The lobby was clean but the hallways and staircases were disgusting. I stayed there 5 days and the same sucker stick was on the floor in the ataircase the entire time. The rooms smelled musty and moldy. There was dead cockroaches in the hallway. I get that extended stay hotels may attract not rhe greatest of clientele but i felt dirty and unsafe. There was zero security and very unsavory people that were sraying there. Not what i would expect from an Hotel I've stayed at a lot of extended stays and this was one of the worst. When I got my dishes, there were no bowls, no strainer and the pots and pans had no lids so I walked over to Big Lots and bought my own. The faucet in the tub wouldn't turn off all the way. I saw a roach in the bathroom and killed it. My room was supposed to be cleaned Wednesday. It wasn't. Front desk said they were short on help. Seriously? Then you shouldn't book the rooms. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The receptionist switched me to a different room that didn't smell like smoke but had a small roach in it.
