We were disappointed. There were no extra towels. The hotel didn’t have an ice machine.

Didnt get the room i paid for I paid extra for a room with a pullout bed and when i checked in all they had was one bed and nothing else...they didnt even refund the extra money i paid for a pullout couch bed

The worst It took 30mins to find someone to check us in as there was no one at the desk. We asked to use a restroom, we just drove 12 hrs, and was told they don’t have a public restroom. I’m not public I’m a guest. We ask for a kitchen set and was given 2 pans, 3 cups, 3 plates, no utensils. At bed time we ask for linens for our fold out couch and was told come back tomorrow after 6pm and they might have some because it’s their laundry day. This is all in the fisrt couple of hours. Broken toilet seat, broken drawer . No maintenance man in housekeeping on the weekend. The most disappointing one is that there is no double bed even though it’s a double bit on the website . I had to use a sofa bed

Bugs galore!!! This by far is the most LICE infested motel ive ever encountered. And room smells like a mold pit.
