hotel was totally booked i did not stay at this hotel - i made the reservation through hotels.com and upon arrival was told the hotel was full.

Laundry was out of order, no coffee pot in room. Coffee pot in lobby coffee was cold.

Inattentive No one ever came to the front desk lobby to check me into the room. I left the hotel after waiting 30 minutes.

Hotels.com dropped the ball! Big time! Warned! Hotels.com did not even reserve a room with Hotel. We got to the hotel and they told us we had no rooms available. After traveling with my family for 9 hours we had to go driving around to look for another hotel room somewhere. Hotels.com has never done this before but I will never be using them again. I have booked over 60 rooms over the past three years with hotels.com and I will take my business elsewhere from now on! It was embarrassing and shocking all the same time.

Got to the hotel and even with 2 rooms confirmed, was told they were sold out and my family had no option but to be turned away and had to leave.
