Need a refund Gave away our room. Didn’t have our room and just told us there’s nothing they could do. We had to go somewhere else. I had already paid and had a confirmation number and we had called ahead twice and spoke with the front desk.

Was hoping for the best… The staff upfront was extremely nice and helpful! But we unfortunately have nothing else good to say about the hotel. The hallway on the first floor smelled like animal feces and old cigarettes. The smell was so bad that our ten year old was covering his face when passing the “animal room”. The bed had stains on it, we didn’t wanna cause a fuss super late and we try to be understanding that stuff does happen. When I checked in they required a $100.00 CASH deposit. I have never paid a CASH deposit in the forty years I have been staying in hotels. I happen to carry cash for my trips and gave them the money, but I was VERY UNHAPPY that this was required for me to stay at this hotel

This place is totally mismanaged. You shouldn't even list it on your service. 1. Trespasser banging on doors at 4:00 AM 2. No room key available entire say, was that way for at least a wk. (per employees) 3. No prior notice of required $100 cash deposit or no room. 4. Door lock did not work 5. Toilet plugged 6. Rude manager, say she didn't need to answer my questions or concerns and threatening to keep my deposit. 7 No room service entire stay. 8 Elevator floor dirty entire stay. Need I go on.

Manager was rude. Hung up on me. Card key had grape jelly all over it. If you book with Expedia you have to put $100 cash deposit down. But, you can’t get your $100 back until 8:00 the following morning after she comes to work to inspect your room.

This place was full of drug dealers and the service was terrible!! The room had no heat and they couldn’t get it fixed for 2 of the 3 days I stayed there

I didn't like how when we went to check in, after we've already make the booking, she said that they were completely booked up and that's we would have to wait for an opening and it would be first come, first serve and that she would be doing us a big favor by letting us have it first. I thought it was very unprofessional and it almost seemed like she was trying to run a scam. I think a refund should be in order.

The cleanliness of this property is extremely unacceptable. The sheets were covered in pet hair and spots. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. That carpet is nasty. The lady that checked us in at the worst attitude as she texted doing the entire check-in process. We did not stay at the property after discovering the nastiness of the room. Very unsatisfactory!
