We did not even stay because it was dirty and unsafe.

The whole experience was awful. Dirty room with a couple of huge cockroaches running around. Bathroom was filthy. I had requested a ground floor room. Nothing was available and there was no elevator. I will never stay at one of these hotels again and I will never use Expedia again. They provided no help

Don’t get the towels dirty ! This morning i brought towels down to the front. Mind you i don’t get any room service. Because “i get what i pay for here” so i have been cleaning my own room; where my kids and i sleep at. The night Audit, proceeds to tell me to not bring down my “dirty” towels as dirty or he will not give me any more towels. The audacity of these people is insane. If i can give this a half a star rating i would, from the rooms to the staff. If this was not a personal/ long trip i would not stay here

Only reason I stayed was closeness to Fort Worth Zoo. Rooms smell like ash trays and made me nauseous. Staff said they could not switch my room because they were all booked, which I found hard to believe.

You Get What You Pay For Out of all the staff there’s only two staff that’s actually willing to help. Dwain the manager don’t know what accommodations are. My refrigerator broke over night. I called the night audit WILL to write it down so someone can come fix it. Will did not write anything down for the manager to see in the morning. I really don’t know what is wrong with the staff here but they genuinely dislike their job. I called in the morning and asked Dwain the manager to move me rooms. Does not deserve 3.5/5 star rating The non smoking room stunk of smoke and no other first floor room avail—although I passed a lot of dark rooms appt 7pm dark no blankets for the bed—we requested and received promptly. Outside temp was in 49s Only three pillows for two double beds—no more pillows avail. Does not deserve the 3.5/5 star rating The checkin was quick and friendly
