I didn't like the staff they were rude and told us it was our responsibility to take our dirty towels to them and even then they would not give us clean ones. The trash can was full of trash upon arrival.

This was the single worst experience at a hotel I have ever had. This property is very poorly maintained and should NOT have a Extended Stay America flag on it, as it truly does insult the brand. I have such a long list of items to share that were just bad or terrible, or worse that I don't think I will have room to share it all. Run Run far far away. The most run down unclean and unkept place I could imagine. I'd rather have stayed in a homeless shelter. Utterly disgusting.

Upon arrival I apparently woke up the rudest employee in the logging industry. Stated I would have to put up a $100 cash deposit and I asked why this wasn’t disclosed at time of booking? So I said I would go to an atm because they did not have one and she said I need to hurry because at midnight I would loose my booking! The front desk staff was acceptable but not friendly. We have never stayed at this hotel chain before with a kitchen and when I went to ask for dishes/utensils (they were limited), the coffee pot was worhless (got alot of grounds in my coffee), we asked for an extra pillow (none was available), the tub was dirty (so good thing I brought cleaner to clean it before showering), and the phone didn't work. Not a good experience for first-time users.

The property is tired over-extended. They require a cash -yes cash deposit on the room to be returned on check out. This is unheard of and unreasonable.
