The place is a total mess. The owner has her personal dogs running around freely.

My stay is not as advertised. When I complained at front desk about lack of cleaning I’m just told over and over that they are short staffed and only have one person to clean 72 rooms. I’ve been here 12 days now. No cleaning whatsoever. To get clean towels I have to take dirty towels to front desk to have them washed and I get them back in 2 hours.
