Worst experience i have ever had at a hotel. There was trash under the bed, over all unclean. Dark and dingy. We had to leave and did not stay. It was absolutely terrible.

Absolutely avoid this place! To begin with, upon arrival at noon we asked if early check-in was available. “Yes, but not if you booked on Expedia”. Wow. Early check-ins aren’t always available. That’s completely fine and understandable however, the bold face discrimination was unbelievable. They actually made us wait until 3:01 before even beginning the process. Disgusting, rude desk clerks, room in terrible condition and dirty and missing a television. Refused to move us even thoigh we checked in at 3:15 so we were first people to check in for the day so not full yet and could have given us a different room and cleaned that one for another guest. Never again!

Weekend Visit I thought the hotel was much nicer based off of the people there & the rooms I wouldn't come back. The place is a bit run down and I totally felt uncomfortable the entire stay. When I got assigned my room upon entering the TV was on, Wing stop cup, and bag were on the floor. The sheets were messed over the bed overall the room just looked like someone was still in there. I went back to the front desk they assigned me a new room.

This was supposed to be a non-smoking room. From what I could see when we walked in, people had definitely smoked and damaged portions of the room. Sofa bed had no linens or pillows. When gathering our belongings to leave I double checked that nothing had rolled under the bed. I could instantly tell that it hadn’t been cleaned under there in awhile. Was not happy when I arrived and was told they had no room available for me and my guest after a short conversation with staff person problem was resolved and was giving the room I originally booked, elevator was not safe in my opinion door was opening and closing when came out of room to go downstairs just did not feel safe in it bed was awful to sleep in pillow had no support nor did mattress
