Rundown, uncomfortable, felt unsafe I needed up getting a different hotel due to safety issues and age of accommodations. Do not recommend.

Horrible experience with both the hotel and expedia! We got in Dallas at 11:00pm, went straight to the hotel to rest only to find out they did not have a room for us THAT WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. The person at the hotel did not even care, did not help us find another hotel to stay at and did not call expedia to let them know about this. I asked her to call expedia so I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE EXPEDIA ON MY END ONLY HAD AUTOMATED ANSWERS! NOT RECOMMENDED Hotel smelled, 1st room was dirty, 2nd room was what they considered clean but it was nasty, shower curtain stained with what seemed to b blood, floor in front of the ac felt like I was gonna fall through, bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever laid in. Paid for 2 nights stayed 1
