This property was dirty and smelled. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work; no telephone in the room(staff at the front desk says there was no telephone because guest steals them); rust in the bathroom sink(nasty); ceiling in the restroom looks like it had a leak and it has not been repaired; only warm water; no ironing board and couldn’t call downstairs to get one so went down to front desk and waited 20 minutes for one. would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Actions speak louder than words. We chose extended stay so we could save money by cooking our meals. We asked at least 5 times for dishes, pots, pans, etc... because there were none in the room. One front desk person told me we could purchase some at target. Two other 'managers' promised they would get us what we need. This picture is all the kitchen items we were given during our 6- day stay. The room was fine. The breakfast was very sparse. Their promises... not kept.

Bad experience. Went to another hotel. The location was great, but the hotel was not cleaned. Every surface was sticky and dirty. There roaches in the room.

Some reaches small and bigger in the room.trash was under the bed and couch thy needs to be vacuuming and moving the furniture to clean under it .fire door to stars garbage cans smells wen the lids up the container need to be cleaned.the bug sprayers cam out it’s getting better not as bad

We arrived at 1030pm as we got caught behind a terrible wreck on 45. They told us they had no rooms. I told them I prepaid with Expedia and had a confirmation. They said we see the Taylor reservation, but we are sold out. They turned my family out into the night. Rude and Unprofessional! Plus I had to go pay another hotel.
