Not very clean The room was very spacious and was a comfortable space. It is definitely set up to be a good space for both long term and short term stays. That being said. The room was a disappointment overall due to lack of cleaning. Sofa beds were dirty. One of the mattresses was very stained/dirty and had old sheets on it. No reservation guarantee on Extended Stay We booked 3 rooms because we were traveling with family and kids. Everything was confirmed. When we arrived there late at night, they told us that only 2 rooms were available. We were forced to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Cancelation could only be done by calling Hotels.com, so that tool some time as well. If the hotel was along the highway where the cell phone connection was not good, it would have been a nightmare. When we showed up the police were there dealing with a situation, they had another person out front on drugs they were going to kick out, we had trash and dirty dishes left in the cabinets in our room, and we asked for an extended checkout time when we checked in but they never made a note, so when 1115 came around the front desk knocked on the door and asked why I hadn’t left yet and when I said we asked for an extended check out, she said it wasn’t noted. Horrible place, never again!! Roaches in room, puddle of water next to a/c and the smell of it all was disgusting. Checked in at 10:15 pm was out within 30 min. Luckily I got a refund. Thanks Expedia!

Is it legal to rent a room in this condition? Shortly after checking in, we asked for another room, none available. The clerk’s reply was “didn’t they tell you it was the last one?” I booked online. “I’ll issue a refund “. It was late, we had no other place to go. The photos are self explanatory. There were no clothes hangers nor waste baskets. We have not yet received a refund.

The worst stay EVER!! The room was nasty! We walked in to a nasty floor throughout the room, roaches crawling in the bathroom & in the kitchen! No phone, no towels, no peace or quiet! This was my most horrible stay away from home!! I’ll NEVER stay there again!!

Awful. Outdated. The hotel was awful. It wasn’t clean. The whole hotel smelled. This place is WAYY outdated. Our room specifically- the toilet was turned off and broken. The flooring was ripped up and nothing was laid over it or fixed. I will not stay here again or recommend anyone else.
