The property is dilapidated and falling apart. It stink! The bathroom faucet is falling off the wall. There’s a part of the floor that’s ripped off. They required guests to mask up all the time when in common areas but staffs are not masking up at all. Terrible stay, had to cut short my stay cause cannot take it anymore!!

The room was horrible I stayed I room 319 the toilet wad broken, as well as a hole in the middle of the floor. I ended up leaving and checking into another hotel for the night.

Place has a smell of smoke/honey. Stayed in two rooms one rooms to didn’t work the other room didn’t have a remote. Mold growing in showers trash found behind drawers. One room didn’t have towels hole in walls. They make you initial my hat you aren’t a tenant on the property as if squatters routinely stay there .. people Han gout in their cars at night. I have tons of pictures

Had no awareness of my reservation and no availiablity to compensate . Sent me on a cat and mouse chase for me only to not to get a room.

worst stay ever When we went in the room the smoke detector was beeping and none of the lamps had light bulbs, clock and lamps were not plugged in. No info on phone to call front desk. Internet did not work and no one tried to resolve the issue. When asked for another sheet for our bed the lady took her time by playing with her hair in the mirror and made me wait for her sake and went home without getting back to our issues or even acknowledged them for others to know!
