The gentleman working the front desk was totally rude. The fact that you don't have restrooms for people staying at your facility in the lobby is ridiculous. Some people have driven a long way to get to your establishment and then have to wait in line to check in. There should be a facility for customers to use.

I was disappointed by the service. The first impression was getting upon checking in, which was basically, let me see your ID and here's your key. No expectations set or information about anything. I was sent to a room that was a mess. I was issued a key, but when I opened the door, the room looked like someone very messy had been living there; the sheets were on the floor, trash overflowing and it smelled bad. Screaming Kids and Parents Rooms were fine. Guests were out of control. Screaming, noisy, lots of vulgarity.
