Room not cleaned and asked for upgrade The room was not cleaned. There was no other room. The front desk person asked me to upgrade by paying extra. I canceled the room

Not the best experience There was no one at the reception at the time of checkin, after several minutes someone came, but the room was not ready, in the room the A.C was not working well, kept of shutting off, plus the latch on the door would not open all the way so it was a struggle to get in the room.

They cancelled my reservation for no reason. Got there at 11:30 at night and was left without reservation. Staff was super rude, was super hard to find a hotel at that hour on Memorial weekend

Horrible Place This place makes you feel like you are in a trailer park. They must suffer a lot of theft so you have to ask for everything. Its a dump stay next door in the residence inn.
