Not clean and smelled like smoke The room smelled like smoke when I walked in and the sheets were stained and the room overall just didn’t look very clean were in a pandemic and I would like for the room to be cleaned more I have three special needs children I cannot risk getting sick!

Trash on the floor in the trash room thats two doors downand roaches have been coming in my room.very unclean!!!

I have very short hair and it was hair on the walls and shower floors. The bathroom doors where so filthy I had to get cleaning supplies myself and clean. The room smelt like a box of cigarettes and there was no tv remotes. For the price of the hotel it is not worth it. I’ve had better experiences at cheap value hotels. I wouldn’t return even if It was in an emergency.

nsafe when people try to break into your room While i was at was work someone clearly tried tol break into my room. The key reader looked like it was being ripped off or someone tried to take it off and was unable to access my rokm until 3 pm the next day. Not happy and very unprofessional

Horrid headache produced smell in the room next to the laundry room, that opening windows and adding freshener did not work while I left for an hour to Hope it cleared, yet did not. The room I was moved to TV did not work, asked to have it fixed or replaced 3 times every 3 hours with NO solution. Every request met with “Yes, will get that right to you” NOT! had to follow for the request several times to actually be completed. No TV for 24 hours, even after following up every 4 hours, manager present/acknowledges for one of them, then every 2 hours to FINALLY get it fixed on my SECOND DAY at 7:30pm. Every request met with “Yes, will get that right to you” NOT! had to follow for the request several times to actually be completed.
