While the kitchen was very nice the toilet was clogged. Called repeatedly to get it fixed but nothing. Right now I'm waiting for someone to bring a luggage cart. It's well after checkout time. Very dissatisfied.

Very slow service, rooms were ok , bed was uncomfortable, phone did not work. I had to call a friend in another room on my cell phone to have her call the front desk to request a blow dryer and they said they couldn’t deliver it that I had to go to the office which was in the next building to pick one up myself. We couldn’t get into the building with our key card.

Greedy This place is not accomodating to their customers at all. I was not aware of the $100 incidental hold since most Extended stays don't require one. I had a very long day in the E.R. and wanted to rest. Since I was $5 short in my account they refused to be understanding. Made me run all over town to find my bank. I also over heard the front desk telling another customer that she had a mandatory charge for her service dog. Non-refundable. This is against the law. Horrible no wifi old dirty beds breakfast sucked and 2 hour check in time
