The property was fine. The staff was not the best. I also had an extra charge placed on my card after I left. I have been trying to get ahold of the site manager and hotel guest relations for about 2 weeks now with no luck. Very frustrating! There also weren’t many amenities.

Bad service no hot water let the shower run for 10 minutes

Not clean and smelled like smoke The room smelled like smoke when I walked in and the sheets were stained and the room overall just didn’t look very clean were in a pandemic and I would like for the room to be cleaned more I have three special needs children I cannot risk getting sick!

Trash on the floor in the trash room thats two doors downand roaches have been coming in my room.very unclean!!!

I have very short hair and it was hair on the walls and shower floors. The bathroom doors where so filthy I had to get cleaning supplies myself and clean. The room smelt like a box of cigarettes and there was no tv remotes. For the price of the hotel it is not worth it. I’ve had better experiences at cheap value hotels. I wouldn’t return even if It was in an emergency.

nsafe when people try to break into your room While i was at was work someone clearly tried tol break into my room. The key reader looked like it was being ripped off or someone tried to take it off and was unable to access my rokm until 3 pm the next day. Not happy and very unprofessional
