Loud af Lots of guest were up at late hours, at 3am we called to complain but no change was made to the volume. Walls are thin and you can hear any noice made by next door rooms. The room next to us had loud music and load conversations from 8pm to 4am also occasional small bursts of load sex noises

There was a pool but we were not allowed to use it and that was the reason I booked my stay

Need to Walk Your Dirty Towels to the Front Desk! This hotel is catering to folks who are unfortunately homeless or having a bad time in life. My heart goes out to those folks. In parallel, folks, like ourselves, our paying full price and expecting cleanliness, customer service and basic hotel accommodations. We did not know of the homeless situation. The place was dirty, smelly and we were nickel and dimed for everything. They would only loan us out two towels at a time and then we had to walk to the front desk to exchange ... read more
