HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN. This was so disappointing. I have stayed with Extended Stay more often than not, simply because they are the most affordable for what you actually get. Unprofessional management staff unsafe hotel Right after I secured the room, the manager was doing room checks to review his staffs work (cleaning the rooms). He did not knock on the door and just walked into my room. Instead of immediately exiting the room since it was occupied, he continued to enter the room repeating their policy of “no smoking” in the room. No hot water and phones do not work. Avoid if possible. Management doesn't care. In covid times, I had people sleeping in the hallway and watching videos in the hallway and most of them didn't wear a mask.

The property was fine. The staff was not the best. I also had an extra charge placed on my card after I left. I have been trying to get ahold of the site manager and hotel guest relations for about 2 weeks now with no luck. Very frustrating! There also weren’t many amenities.
