Nothing room smells bad i was in buildings b nasty Never stay with you guys again

We won’t stay here again. Everything was dirty, the room was lacking basic necessities, it wasn’t a good experience.

Complained about the bed when we arrived. The lady continued to say no one ever complains and then started asking other customers if they had a problem. Breakfast grab and go was just that. Muffin and a granola bar. Had to ask for coffee in the morning as they were always empty. I’ve heard of soft clean when you stay more than one night, but have never heard of no clean. Never even had our garbage emptied in four days. Ran out of soap in the bathroom. Had another trip booked next week for 5 days and have now cancelled it.

Walking into reception, the from sidewalk was dirty and littered. The desk clerk was friendly, had the reservation, and registered us promptly. That was the highlight. In the building for our room, again the entry area / sidewalk was dirty. The corridors were narrow and staff was still cleaning rooms. The carts were an obstruction and cleaning staff seemed unconcerned and showed no recognition of us as guests. The room was sparse with strange defects. I was charged for a room I did NOT check into even though I was given the option to pay at check in and that placing a card on file would just secure my reservation NOT me getting charged. Terrible service.
