Slept maybe an hour, very noisy. Would not stay again.

TERRIBLE Worst service EVER!!!! Never got any kitchen supplies, except for plate, fork & knife, front desk could care LESS!!!! They had no interest in helping us. Washed clothes, but no coin exchange where the washing machine was & no soap to purchase. Had to go to the grocery store to get some. Will never stay at a Extended Stay ever again. Pre-purchased 2 nights so we couldn’t move

The rooms were not to clean, and continental breakfast was just muffins and oatmeal.

Terriblemente humillante He usado siempre esta aplicación además he obtenido muchos hoteles altos bajos etc , pero esta experiencia con este hotel fue terrible además de llegar tarde al hotel muy cansado de un día de trabajo me despiertan a las 7:20 am de un día domingo y aparte de eso que aparecía que no habíamos pagado el hotel que si no me presentaba el el lobby me iban a llamar a la policía fue u momento de coraje y el trato que nos dieron fue increíblemente humillante !! When requested extra pillow out of pillow.at first given a dirty room (not clean from the previous occupant). Too pricey for this place 1 star.

They are under construction and still charge full price..they stored light fixtures in the closet that fell and hit my fiance in the head and they seemed to not care one bit. There was no soaps or shampoo provided. I didn't know where to get cooking utensils and the big burner did not work.. there was only.one lamp the shower did not drain fast enough and they installed a headboard and second light fixture without notifying me that they had entered my room upon two different occasions. Bad bad experience. There was water leak in the room. Ask them to change the room but no one cares about that
