Reserving Room and Check in were easy. Ended up slipping and falling coming out of bathroom. Shower was leaking into entry way /kitchen area. Water was about 1" 1.5" deep. When i brought it to front desks attention. They Asked me "Sure it wasnt like that when you checked in" No idea what guest would see room flooded and stay

Very bad , creepy place . Not recommended !!!! The hotel. Com customer service did not let us know that this hotel extended stay America Fremont Newark is under renovation and no place to eat breakfast, no toiletries, tv is not working, there is a drunk man next door who approached us . The hallway and elevator smells marijuana. Very creepy place where not coming back there . It says in the review it’s fabulous. It’s false advertisement!!!!!

Sooooooo disappointing !! I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. We purposely booked the room on Monday night to have a place to leave some items and didn't even stay the night because the smell was so strong. Not once were we informed that there was a MASSIVE renovation going on in the hotel during our stay. My son got dizzy with the smell of wet paint and construction and we did not feel safe spending the night there. On top of all this, the entire hotel feels like a venue for Section 5 housing. There was no hair dryer no comfortable bed and no AC in the room ..

Not going to stay here again I had to ask for extra pillow, shampoo, heater was not working well. It was under construction so it was a mess, breakfast they offered was crap. ALSO NO Ice!

The room was spacious. The bed was very uncomfortable garbage cans were full of somebody else’s garbage floors were dirty

Horribly bad service, don't stay here Me and my family haven't seen anyone as rude as this hotel's management. UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE,AND LIARS.

they sold our room even after leaving our luggage at the front desk earlier in the day. They wouldn't give us a room even checking in before the checkin end time. The worst hotel I have booked in my life. Will never book another extended stay again. Lost the money since its non refundable. Probably will not book through expedia again. Feel like I was ripped off.
