they sold our room even after leaving our luggage at the front desk earlier in the day. They wouldn't give us a room even checking in before the checkin end time. The worst hotel I have booked in my life. Will never book another extended stay again. Lost the money since its non refundable. Probably will not book through expedia again. Feel like I was ripped off.

This hotel should is horrible, the service wasnt good. The room was small, the tv kept shutting off. The hallways smelled. There was no paper toilet and when you asked they gave you one from another room. No cups no forks no nothing. You have to walk to the office and ask for it.

Under construction/remodeling. Outdated room, no blow dryer

I booked a room through Orbiz and upon arrival iwas informed they double booked due to a system error. I did not have enough money on my card to book another room because. I would not be refunded for 5 to 7 businessdays. I was left worth no other option but to sleep in my car. This has been the worst experience I have ever had and will not be looking any Extended Stay because apparently they do not have the amount of rooms updated in their system.
