Room was dirty. Bathroom vent was full of dust and bathtub hardwares had black mildew in caulking. Room had a really bad odor.

Nothing really to say. Run-down hotel that needs a lot of work.. and covering everything up with paint doesn't work

Bates motel Building B as they call it needs to be overhauled. Rooms are very run down and smell terrible. Toilets don't work properly, chipped paint in bath water. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. They never have amenities for the rooms. Kitchenettes look run down and old. Outside parking area looks like a city dump. BBQs are just cheap charcoal public park style BBQs that are not cleaned out and maintained and nothing to clean the grills off with. Staff is horrible and lazy. Never cheerful or friendly. DIDNT LIKE THAT I PAID FOR XTRA COVERAGE SINCE I HAD BEEN DRIVING HOURS... THAT I COULDN'T CK IN EARLY (130PM) AND STILL HAD TO WAIT UNTILL AFTER 3PM. HAD I WOULDVE KNOW I WOULD HAVE SAVED MY $10.00 FROM POINTS EARNED. STAF WAS DISORGANIZED AND HAD NO DIRECTION. KOAS... WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN, ONLY WAY I WOULD STAY AGAIN ...IS IF THERE WERE NO OTHER VACANCIES ELSEWHERE.

Will not go back The lobby smelt like a lot of weed. The hallways had a not so pleasant smell. The cleaning service did not thoroughly clean the room and left a used wash cloth hanging behind the shower curtain from the previous guest. There was some sticky residue on the headboard of the bed. Saw a used towel in the stairwell.

The area is ok full of homeless people and people above us and in front of are room are very noisy. Also the placement of the bed right next to the ac is bad.
