Roach Infested Stay was ok for a budget hotel, until it was time for us to go to sleep we turned off the lights and at 2am got up to get some water out of the refrigerator and turned the lights on to see 4 big roaches staring at me, disgusting wont stay here again attempted to contact management 5 times to no avail

could not reach hotel due to car break down. tried to cancel booking byt was too late as after 6 pm no cancellations

Go somewhere else. Room smelled like a locker room. My coworker woke up with bumps all over his body. Air conditioner didn’t work. Will never stay at extended stay again. Much rather of stayed at motel 6.

BEWARE BED BUGS My husband and I stay in this area at least once a month. We love the area, we do our business nearby so love that the Hotels are in a great location. However, We will never stay at Extended Stay America again! We arrived Friday the 19th for our check in. Immediately we noticed broken glass in the parking lot, in approx 4 parking spaces. The property is OK. The problem is that very little effort is put in cleaning or maintenance. There is no way my room was vacuumed. No one bothers sweeping the floor or the tables in the breakfast room (and I stayed for a full week). They only brew new coffee when BOTH containers are empty AND someone complains. Even though it takes at least 15 minutes to brew one container. Doors are held open all the time in building B even though a mechanism exists to keep them locked.
