Roaches in my room My room was full of roaches. I stayed in Building B and I couldn't believe a hotel can be infested with roaches!

Woke up in the morning when to take a shower and found a cockroach in the shower a cockroach crawling underneath the toilet and a giant cockroach running around on the sink. On my way out I've mentioned it to the front desk and instead of getting someone in charge like a manager to come talk to me all they told me was I apologize. I'm sure they will not fumigate the room so those cockroaches are going to multiply and go into other rooms

An overworked property. Bathroom fan sounded like a propeller was in ceiling. Nothing felt clean. Windows were non functional with dirt and cobwebs. Just felt unkempt in every way. Was glad to leave. It was close to restaurant and Starbucks.

Most ghetto hotel I’ve ever stayed at. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Not only was the hotel unattended and we couldn’t check in because the desk guy Joe decided to go home for 45 min leaving a non employee meth head to guard the lobby and tell everyone he would be back “soon”, he gave us non activated room keys TWICE, the room pull out bed still had dirty sheets on it, when checking out the desk lady Tina was a rude bi**h and refused to give us a receipt because she said we paid online which we did NOT.
