The room was filthy. Cockroaches in the room. People were smoking marijuana and cigarettes. The pool seemed to be ok

It is very dirty and no one is willing do better. In addition, the toilet is extremely bad.

HERTZ sales department First time & Worst experience to stay there.. very old looking hotel in n out...front desk staff was very unprofessional,asked about breakfast she answered so mean,no hair dryer ...very unsatisfactory...it was a family trip n planing again for august 2 thru 5,2019...improvement need ASAP

The exterior looks impressive. The interior is out dated. The breakfast area was a mess with crumbles on the tables and trashes on the floor. Building A is where to check-in and to have continental breakfast. If you stay in building B , you have to drive from A to B. They are not connected. Worst of all, entrance to building B stayed was wide opened after 10pm. It is not safe . Anybody can get in the hotel without having to use the keys. There was car broken glass in the parking lot. Close to freeway & lots of food/grocery stores within walking distance was a plus. Negative things were that The elevator had a very horrible seafood stench and there was No ice bucket. There was only a total of three pillows & walls were super thin.

The room was very nice and comfortable, I loved it! But the service of the person who attended me at night, she was rude !!

Cochroaches This is the second time in the last 2 weeks that my company has put me in this hotel. The last time I was in this hotel I found cockroaches running around in my bathroom. The same thing happened this last stay. When I show the staff the video the last time and when I told him about it this time all they told me was I will let somebody know.obviously nothing was done because they're still cockroaches running around the bathrooms.
