For a few of $200, my wife and I expected a decent property. Check in was extremely complicated, and we only wanted to get to our room to have a nights rest, and continue with our travels the next morning. This was hands down the worst maintained hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel stunk of bleach, and when we entered our room on the first floor, it was almost unbearable. Poor Service I was there for 4 weeks. Not a single room service. I went to the front desk many times and asked if I could get some room service and they said sure for the next day. And yet no one showed up. I had to ask for more towels, soap, and shampoo, and toilet paper many times. The elevator was not working part of the time and I was on the 3rd floor. The hallway smelled like smoke most of the time. And then I went to check out and there was a $10.00 charge for extra room service. I almost blew a gasket.. They finally d... read more

kicked out out hotel with kids after paying after getting kicked out with kids and police involve very unsatisfied. because of no conformation after showing confirmation and paying for room only sleep for 4 hrs before rude awaking . want this to go to corporate

We checked out of the hotel an hour and half later from when we checked in. The front desk lady, Maria, was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all! The room smelled of body odor and the sheets were so soaked by the smell of soap that me and my daughter were starting to have allergies. The windows were open with NO screen which ALSO triggers allergies for people, including us. The stuff service need to be improved. The room is not cleaning well.

there was no cleaning done in the room. Due to which I was promised a good discount, but I did not get discount
