Hotel seems to be used for section 8 housing. Not everyone’s cup of tea for an overnight stay. Policy of $100 deposit for a one night stay. Property is rundown, dark and dirty. There are better choices in Gainesville.

Electrical outlets did not work, remote control device did not work there were drugs being done and the next door unit they're just bad people hanging around, met a policeman who said she had to remove two people recently. Just a bad overall experience bed was uncomfortable bathroom tub was clogged up when I drained just everything about it was horrible

Nasty room First off I found tons of black hair on bathroom sink. Shower head leak. Carpet was nasty

NEVER STAY HERE Needless to say I don’t know how this place is open! There were roaches in the tub, floor, sink, and everywhere they could freely roam. Dirty qtips on the floor, there was hair on the counter and fridge, all appliances were rusted just some spots spray painted over. We laid down for 3 hours before we just felt so itchy and had to leave.

The hotel was unexpectedly dank and slimy feeling to me. I couldn’t stand to stay for more than one night.

Do yourself a favor and don’t book this hotel. Its dated decor and third rate upkeep made this stay most unpleasant.
