The room smelled, there was poop spots on the bottom of toilet seat, dirty towels in cabinet, crumbs under microwave, dirty fridge. TV didn't have a power cord. They changed my room after I complained. The new room was better but the fridge didn't cool well. Elevator only worked part of the time

The hallways smell like urine. Walkways are dirty ( this is an exterior corridor hotel). looks like they have been updated the interior since the 80’s. The receptionist did not respond timely (they were in the backroom for 3-5 minutes before coming out to assist).

Terrible experience First room didn’t have working toilet so moved to another room. 2nd room smelled. Fridge door was rusted. Bathroom was dirty and I had to clean it myself before use. (Waiting to move daughter to apartment so I had cleaning supplies in car). Tub was painted over to cover stains, mold on bathroom ceiling, bedside table was broken, chairs were dirty. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never book through Expedia or stay at this property again. After a long day in Gainesville (college football game) I expected to check in to my hotel but was surprised to find out my room was “given away”. Had to drive 3 hours back to Tampa at 1am. Horrible overall experience I will actively tell people how poor this property is managed

This place is awful. Roaches in the room and in the shower. Spackle on the walls and the furniture is beat up.

This property is in dire need of a full-blown renovation. Lobby desk is falling apart; mdf pieces separating and delaminating; stairs to our room spotty and dark with grime; refrigerator in our room covered in rust stains. Best part was lobby staff who are very friendly and engaging. Thankfully, all we needed was a place to sleep for the night, and the bed had clean sheets. So the room i stayed in has had a fire in it at one time the carpet was never replaced from that so it had very bad soot spots all over it. The bathtib was so very dirty i dodnt want to bathe. There was also a toothpick and floss stick under the bathroom sink and hadnt been swept in 5 or 10.guests ago
