"Reservation means first-come first-served." Called early to confirm late check-in. Arrived to find that my room was pick a story: dirty, out-of-order, someone in it. No suggestions to find a room. Dirty, sketchy, roach on the wall in the lobby.

Everything is broken. Broken sink, broken tap. Broken stove, broken phone, broken alarm clock. Only one outlet in the bathroom. It should be rating 1 out of 10.

Started with not so clean room, felt very itchy; some had peed in the tub; bathroom floor was dirty and greasy; stove was rusty and looked to be a possible fire hazard; people smoking weed on our floor and down on the ground floor; look to be drug deals happening in parking lot; walking down stairs and walked past an unsavory character with a knife sitting next to him; very bad parking of other cars(either to close, slanted parking or parking across the parking spaces; stayed 7 days and no maid service (was told it doesn’t h... read more

Homeless people loitering about. They did not have the room I reserved but managed to put me in one. They locked the lobby doors after I checked in since it was the last room available.

The 8 shopping carts in the parking lot should have been a warning. First, I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk but I could hear the clerk laughing with other staff behind the door in the office. Next issue was the cleanliness of the room; not only was the trash left from the previous guest in the bathroom and under the sink, there was food drippings and chunks all over the kitchen counter.
