This property claims to be non smoking. My room REEKED of cigarette smoke. The window screen was sitting in the closet. The refrigerator was dirty on the inside. A fixture was missing from the ceiling, wires were hanging out. The carpet was dirty with stains.

The bathroom sink and toilet were clogged, i requested maintenance 4 times in person at the front desk, it never arrived. The bath tub was non functional due to lacking a stopper. The kitchen implements were all stored at the front desk, and you had to check them out like library books.

Tried to cancel prior to deadline, was on hold, then connected after deadline cancellation, was still billed. Poor customer service. Will not be using Orbitz anymore due to lack of concern for issue/willingness to help.

They charged me twice on my card but their computer system only showed I was charged once. But my bank account is true the penny. I enjoyed the room but I paid over $165 for just 2 nights.
